Zygosepalum (Zspm) contains 12 species from northern South America. Now that the plant has bloomed, I think it is safe to say that this is not one of them.
The tag says it is but the flower says Zygopetalum mackaii hybrid. I checked for an RHS listing and found none. The "Orchidboard" forum has a reference to a Zygopetalum Rhein Blue with a picture. It looks very similar.
As a final check I went to OrchidSpecies.com and looked at a picture of all the Zygosepalum species. I don't see any of them as parents to this flower. I am going to change the tag and the inventory listing.
