Nageliella purpurea

Nageliella purpurea - Plant photo by Richard LindbergI got this plant about a year ago. It is now in bloom with a fan of 1/8th-inch flowers. Flowers that size are hard to get a picture of. I am going to try again. This picture is ok, but maybe I can do better.

Nageliella purpurea grows in Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras at low elevations on mossy branches. It is cool to warm growing and blooms in summer. The genus Nageliella (Ngl) contains 2 species from Central America.
