Cattleya bowringiana coerulea 'Blue Angel' x self

This plant is in better condition than it looks. It has grown pretty well over the past year. Once the outsides of the pseudobulbs are cleaned of the dead layer there is life.

I have had trouble with this species. Since it is in need of re-potting, I am going to move it to a clay pot and sphagnum for the rest of the summer. I have about two months before I need to move these indoors.
