Dendrobium parishii hybrid '#1'

Dendrobium parishii hybrid '#1'Dendrobium parishii hybrid '#1'One of the NOID plants is this Dendrobium. When it bloomed it looked very much like a Dendrobium parishii. Not enough for me to call it a species but it definitely has parishii in it. I divided it and offer the divisions as free plants. All three have roots and two of them have sprouted.

Dendrobium parishii grows in Southeast Asia. It is cool to warm growing and fragrant. Blooms on old canes in the spring after a dry winter rest period.

For this one, the "first time" restriction is for only one of them. They will come as shown, bare root.

The rules are the same as always: You pay actual postage and it comes Priority Mail. (I'll let you know, but it will be around $6.) If you have not had a free orchid before, add a comment claiming it and then go to this page to get my direct email address so we can work out the details. Continental US only please.

  1. Good morning Richard. Great color on this Dendrobium.
Disclaimer: I have had a free orchid in the past.
Therefore, if there is one available, I would love to add this color to my greenhouse.

  2. Hi Richard:
I've also had a free orchid before but if there is one left, I would love to have it.

  3. Hi Richard,
I have never received a free orchid from you. I would love to have this one!

  4. OK, That is the three. Michelle gets the best one, but the other two are good too. Congratulations to all of you.
